About
Cultivating harmony at home + within
There was a season when slowing down wasn’t optional.
Between motherhood, full workdays, and navigating brain surgery and recovery, I learned quickly that restoration couldn’t be something saved for retreats or rare pockets of quiet. It had to live inside daily life.
After hours of research, trial, and recommendations, I kept finding the same pattern — the most supportive tools were often presented as luxuries, or tied to expensive retreats and curated environments far removed from real life. I wanted something different. I wanted tools I could use myself — at home, after long days, without needing to fly somewhere or explain myself to anyone.
What began as a personal practice became a purpose.
Holistic Home Sanctuary exists to make restorative tools more accessible and easier to integrate into everyday life. Not as a quick fix. Not as a status symbol. But as steady support woven into the rhythms of real homes.
About the Founder

I didn’t come to this work through theory alone.
I came through lived experience — through chronic stress, recovery seasons, rebuilding energy from the ground up, and learning what the nervous system truly needs to feel safe again.
Nature has always shaped how I understand resilience and regulation. Alongside lived experience, this work is informed by ongoing study in environmental education and conservation — including coursework through Cornell’s NAAEE program and a background in wildlife and forestry.
I don’t see nature as separate from home. The environments we create indoors shape us just as much as the ones we move through outside. Regulation begins with environment — and home is the ecosystem we return to every day.
Healing doesn’t only happen in clinics or retreats. It happens in the spaces we live in, the rhythms we build, and the small practices that quietly support us over time.
Holistic Home Sanctuary exists as a place where those supportive tools are thoughtfully gathered and made accessible — not to define how anyone should heal, but to offer options. Tools that can be used daily, intuitively, and in ways that feel aligned with real life.
There is no single way to heal.
Only the steady decision to begin again.
